We produce and run a branded podcast as part of the system: booking, recording, editing, clipping, and distribution. Any practice can use a podcast to build authority, not just dedicated podcast brands.

We build and operate the follow-up on GoHighLevel (the marketing automation platform we build on, run on its HIPAA-compliant tier): nurture sequences, AI bots that answer first questions in Facebook and Instagram DMs, comment-keyword auto-DM, lead magnets, and a CRM, each sequence mapped to the condition or vertical behind the lead. No lead goes cold.
We install GA4, CallRail, and the Meta Pixel, then build the tag architecture and the dashboards. You see what's working without having to learn what a UTM is. Every booking ties back to the source that produced it.
