How an episode gets made.

  1. 01

    Topics

Bring what you want to talk about. If you'd like a hand, we'll suggest topics from the questions your patients and clients ask most, help line up guests, and send each guest a prep sheet.

  2. 02

    Record

Multiple cameras, lights, and broadcast mics, set up at your office, at home, or in a rented studio. You sit down and talk for an hour or two.

  3. 03

    Edit

Cut, colored, and mixed by the same team that filmed it, with subtitles, a thumbnail, and an audio-only version.

  4. 04

    Publish

Out on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts, with titles and descriptions written the way people search, and listed on your website.

  5. 05

    Clip

Short clips from every episode (31 from Episode 9 above), captioned and posted on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts in the weeks that follow.

  6. 06

    Track

Every clip traced to the calls and forms it brings in, on the same dashboard as the rest of your marketing.

Why a podcast works for a practice or firm.

People choose the doctor or lawyer they feel they already know. An hour of you saying what you actually think, in your own words, builds that faster than any ad, and a guest from your field shows you're the one other experts trust.

It also keeps working. Long, expert conversations are what Google and ChatGPT quote, and every episode adds answers in your own words to your YouTube channel, your podcast listings, and your website.

Questions people ask.

Do I need a studio?

No. We bring the cameras, lights, and mics and set up at your office, at home, or in a rented studio space for the day.

Do you choose the topics?

Only if you want us to. It's your show and your message, and most clients come with topics they already want to talk about. If you'd like ideas, we can suggest topics based on the questions your patients or clients ask most.

How much of my time does it take?

About a morning per episode on recording day. You come with what you want to say, and we handle the prep, the edit, publishing, and clips. You approve the clips from your phone before they go out.

Who should I invite as guests?

Colleagues, referral partners, and other experts your patients or clients ask about. Guests share the episode with their own followers, and a good conversation often turns into a referral relationship.

What if nobody listens to the full episode?

Most people will meet you through a short clip, not the full hour, and that's by design. The clips reach new people every week, and the full episode is there for the ones who want to hear more before they call. We track which clips bring in inquiries and make more like them.

Who owns the show?

You do. The YouTube channel, the podcast feed, and every file we make stay in your name.
