For every cash-pay specialty where reputation decides who gets the call.
Psychiatry, plastic surgery, dermatology, cosmetic dentistry, fertility, longevity. The system we run for Dr. Justin Houman, tuned to your specialty and your patient.
The same system. A different conversation.
A urology patient researches privately at night. A psychiatry patient looks for a face they can trust. A plastics patient wants to see the work. A dental patient wants to know it won't hurt and what it costs. The content changes with the specialty.
The system doesn't. Video from you, shot and edited here. Ads that put it in front of the right person at the right moment. Follow-up that matches how your patient decides. Every inquiry tracked to the post, ad, or page that produced it, and read, not just counted.
We take one practice per subspecialty per metro. If yours is open, the system installs the same way it did for Dr. Houman, and the first month looks the same: tracking wired, content pipeline built, your voice locked before anything posts.
Dr. Mike Mah, psychiatry, Century City.
We built and launched mahmd.com for Dr. Mike Mah's out-of-network psychiatry practice, and designed the two-brand architecture that keeps his personal brand and his insurance-based group practice from cannibalizing each other. The site went live in August 2026 with the practice's reviews, podcast, and booking path in one place, on infrastructure the practice owns.
Psychiatry has its own rules: no outcome promises, crisis language where it belongs, warmth over clinical polish. The same discipline applies to every specialty we take on. The compliance floor is built in before the first post.
What we run for a specialty practice.
One shoot day a month. Explainers, reels, and carousels on what your patients actually search, posted weekly across your platforms, with the comments and DMs answered.
Meta and Google, procedure by procedure. Paid puts the right explainer in front of the right patient fast, and the best organic posts become the next ads.
A consult for a facelift is decided differently from a first psychiatry visit. Each inquiry is tagged by procedure and gets follow-up that matches how that patient decides, on infrastructure built for health data.
Every call, form, and booking request tied back to what produced it. A dashboard you can open any day, a written report every month, and a sit-down with your front office to match inquiries to bookings.
A practice site if you need one, a link-in-bio hub, and assessment funnels that sort inquiries by procedure before your front office picks up.
One practice per subspecialty per metro.
Exclusivity is by subspecialty, not by specialty. Plastic surgery has three or four seats per market (face, body, hair, reconstructive). Psychiatry has two or three (adult, child, addiction and interventional). Dermatology, dentistry, fertility, and longevity are open in most markets. Cash-pay men's health urology in Los Angeles is committed.
If your seat is open, we'll say so on the first call. If it's taken, we'll say that too.
Compliant by default.
Healthcare marketing has a floor, and we build above it. Patients trust the practice with sensitive details, and the infrastructure has to earn that.
The follow-up and CRM platform runs on its HIPAA-compliant tier, with a signed business associate agreement where required.
Patient inquiries are captured and stored securely, not dropped into inboxes or spreadsheets that were never built for health data.
Protected health information stays out of unsecured channels. The tracking we run measures sources and conversions, not diagnoses.
Start with the audit.
Twenty minutes with your intake numbers: how many people reach out, where they come from, and what happens next.
