Marketing for private practices where reputation decides who gets the call.
Plastic surgery, dermatology, med spas, dentistry, psychiatry, fertility, concierge medicine, men's health. Patients pay out of pocket, research for weeks, and call the practice they already trust. We make sure that's you, and you see what brought in every call.
Different specialties, different decisions.
A plastics patient wants to see the work. A dermatology patient wants to know what it costs. A psychiatry patient looks for a face they can trust. A men's health patient researches privately, often late at night. A dental patient wants to know it won't hurt. The content changes with the specialty.
What you get stays the same. Video of you, shot and edited here. Ads that put it in front of the right patient at the right moment. Every inquiry vetted and sorted by procedure before your front office picks up. And you can see what brought in each one.
The usual medical-marketing playbook, insurance panels, review farming, stock footage, does nothing here. What works is you on camera, explaining the procedure in plain language, in front of the patient who is already looking, as part of a content plan with several pillars working at once: the procedures you want more of, the questions patients ask before they call, what sets your practice apart, and the people behind it.
What we run for a private practice.
Everything below works together. Your part is a shoot day a month and a ten-minute approval pass each week, from your phone.
Video and content
One shoot day a month, at your practice or on location. Explainers, reels, and carousels on what your patients actually search, posted weekly across your platforms, with the comments and DMs answered. Sensitive topics need a trusted face, not stock footage.
Ads
Meta and Google, procedure by procedure. Ads put the right explainer in front of the right patient at the moment they're looking, and the posts that do best on their own become the next ads. You pay the platforms directly.
A private online assessment
A few quick questions that sort each inquiry by procedure before anyone picks up the phone, so a self-conscious patient never has to say it out loud first.
Every inquiry vetted
Every call is recorded and read, and every assessment arrives graded, so your front office knows who is ready to book. Spam and sales pitches are filtered out, all on HIPAA-compliant systems. An AI front desk answers around the clock, in multiple languages, and hands urgent calls to a person.
Tracking and reporting
Every call, form, and booking request traced to what brought it in, including patients who first found you through ChatGPT. A dashboard you can open any day, a written report every month, and a sit-down with your front office to match inquiries to bookings.
Every inquiry sorted by procedure.
A facelift is weighed for months. A Botox appointment is booked the same week. A first psychiatry visit runs on trust. Most agencies treat every inquiry the same. We sort each one by procedure and grade how ready the patient is, so your front office knows who to call first.
Example: men's health in Los Angeles.
Dr. Justin Houman, Tower Urology. A fellowship-trained male fertility and sexual medicine specialist, with us since January 2026. These are his September 2026 numbers, from the practice's call tracking, forms, online assessment, and patient records.

His patients already find him through ChatGPT. In September, ChatGPT sent about 30 people to his website. Five reached out, and four asked for an appointment, the best rate of any source on his site. We know because we track those patients like any other, and we make the kind of clear, expert content ChatGPT likes to quote.
Running a men's health practice outside Los Angeles? Los Angeles is committed to Dr. Houman. Every other city is open.
Dr. Mike Mah, psychiatry, Century City.
We built and launched mahmd.com for Dr. Mike Mah's out-of-network psychiatry practice, and set up his personal brand and his insurance-based group practice so each one draws the right patients instead of competing for the same ones. The site went live in August 2026 with the practice's reviews, podcast, and booking path in one place, on infrastructure the practice owns.
Psychiatry has its own rules: no outcome promises, crisis language where it belongs, warmth over clinical polish. The same discipline applies to every specialty we take on.
One practice per specialty in each city.
We won't work for your competitor down the street, for the whole engagement and six months after. Seats go by subspecialty: plastic surgery has three or four per city (face, body, hair, reconstructive), and psychiatry has two or three (adult, child, addiction and interventional). Dermatology, dentistry, med spas, fertility, and concierge medicine are open in most cities. Men's health and adult psychiatry in Los Angeles are committed.
If your seat is open, we'll say so on the first call. If it's taken, we'll say that too.
Compliant by default.
Healthcare marketing has a floor, and we build above it. Patients trust your practice with sensitive details, and the systems behind it have to earn that.
HIPAA-compliant platform
The platform where every inquiry lands runs on its HIPAA-compliant tier, with a signed business associate agreement where required.
Secure form handling
Patient inquiries are captured and stored securely, not dropped into inboxes or spreadsheets that were never built for health data.
No PHI in the open
Protected health information stays out of unsecured channels. The tracking we run records where an inquiry came from, not anyone's diagnosis.
Start with the audit.
